These terms apply to stays at AĒSIS, Krokos, Tinos, booked directly through aesistinos.com.
1. The property and the host
AĒSIS is a 35 m² studio for a maximum of 2 guests, with one king bed and one bathroom, hosted by Antonis.

2. Requests and confirmation
Sending a reservation request through this site is not yet a booking, and nothing is charged. The host checks availability and replies by email. The booking is confirmed only when you receive the host’s written confirmation. Until then, the dates may still be taken by someone else.
3. Price and payment
- Nightly price: TODO (host)
- Cleaning or other fees: TODO (host): any, or none
- Greek climate resilience fee: TODO (host): included in the price or paid separately
- Payment: there is no online payment on this site. The host arranges payment with you directly after confirming. TODO (host): method, deposit and due dates
4. Cancellation
TODO (host): cancellation policy (for example, full refund up to N days before arrival).
Ferry cancellations. Strong winds sometimes cancel ferries in the Cyclades. TODO (host): what happens if a guest cannot reach Tinos, or cannot leave, because of a cancelled ferry.
5. Arrival and departure

- Minimum stay: 3 nights
6. House rules
- Maximum 2 guests.
- Pets: not allowed
- Smoking: not allowed inside the house
- Quiet hours: TODO
7. Care of the property
Please treat the house with care. Guests are responsible for damage they cause beyond normal wear and tear, and should tell the host about any damage as soon as possible.
8. Liability
The host is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, guests’ personal belongings, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law.

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
