The house

AESIS is a newly built 35 m² Aegean cottage in the heart of Tinos, with a shaded terrace, open views over the island fields, and a Cycladic front yard.

Mornings begin slowly at the outdoor table on the terrace, with coffee in hand and the quiet fields of Tinos stretching beyond the door. As the day warms up, time belongs to the sun loungers or the cushioned bench beneath the reed roof, where the afternoon light falls in soft stripes across the whitewashed walls.

Inside, everything is kept pale, simple, and calm: a compact kitchenette, a wall-mounted TV, soft towels, and a speaker for easy evenings. It is a space made for unhurried days, whether you come to rest, work remotely, or simply breathe a little more deeply.

The port is only a short drive away, and parking is right at the door. Guests rate the house highly on Airbnb, Booking.com and Google, often mentioning its cleanliness, the views, and the warmth of the hospitality.

Our story

We are children of Tinos, raised in Krokos, a quiet village in the heart of the island. Barefoot mornings, golden fields, salty afternoons and quiet evenings, the slow island life we grew up with. Come stay with us, slow down, and reset.

More about the stay

The island

Tinos, from our door

« Un vrai petit havre de paix : beau, calme, reposant et inspirant. »

Geneviève Plante, Vert Couleur Persil

Most of the island is under half an hour away. A guest who stayed with us mapped her favourite villages, beaches and tavernas; we drew them from our door.
